Susan Renaud grew up in Attleboro, Massachusetts. At the age of 7-years-old, Susan first experienced her psychic ability. As she grew older, Susan began having premonitions and instantaneous and profound insights about people and events. 

In 1990, Susan moved to Hawaii with her husband. For 17 years, Susan lived in Hawaii, developing her psychic gifts while raising a family. Susan opened her first healing center in Hawaii in 2002.

In 2005, Susan entered a very profound period of her life, filled with deep personal transformations, growth as a healer, and heightened awareness. 

Susan moved to Marin County in 2007 and opened The Renaud Effect.
