depression
For much of my life, I didn’t realize I was living with depression—I simply thought how I felt was “normal.” When something has been with us for so long, it can be hard to recognize it as pain.
Depression is complex and deeply personal. There are many possible causes: chemical imbalances, life experiences, trauma, spiritual disconnection, diet/nutrition or even inherited emotional patterns. Through my own journey, I’ve uncovered a wide range of insights and healing options—and now I offer those to you.
Together, we’ll explore a blend of approaches that may include alternative therapies, lifestyle shifts, emotional release, supplements, and energetic or spiritual healing. We’ll find what fits your life, because there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. I see each person as a living experiment—our task is to discover what works and what doesn’t, with curiosity and compassion.
A hidden piece of depression is often unrecognized pain—how much we carry without realizing it. And sometimes what we think is depression may be something else: a natural state of melancholy or sensitivity that deserves understanding, not suppression.
My work supports you in making these distinctions, releasing what no longer serves, and moving toward a lighter, more connected way of being.
