My primary goal when working with anxiety is to uncover its true origins—whether they stem from brain chemistry, hormonal imbalances, or unresolved trauma. While we explore the root cause, we’ll also focus on restoring balance in the body to create a stable foundation for healing.

Every person is unique, so I approach anxiety with a flexible, integrative mindset. Together, we’ll explore the full spectrum of available solutions: Western medicine, lifestyle shifts, alternative therapies, herbs, supplements, and intuitive healing. Nothing is off the table. My role is to help you select and integrate the approaches that align with your body, your needs, and your path.
